The horns are the official ceremonial headdress of the head of the BayCHI Steering Committee. This photo was taken at the Steering Committee meeting of 10/7/97, which also happened to be the great Get-Involved-With-BayCHI Party. (Don't laugh! Many anchovies gave their lives for this party!)
